AGREEMENT Upon the signing of this lease, a deposit of 15% should be paid to the office in the United States or when you arrive in Xela. If lease agreement is canceled 60 days before occupancy, 100% of reservation deposit will be returned. A cancellation after 30 days will result in a refund of 50% of reservation deposit. This reservation deposit will be subtracted from final rental balance due in Guatemala. Upon arrival, a $100.00 damage deposit will be paid.
