Cleaning fee:
- If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
- If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.
Send 40% of your rent to our office in Minneapolis, MN. Your balance can be paid directly at our office in Xelaju with a personal check (only for USA bank accounts).
