Before your stay at Casa Xelajú, please review the following rental agreement, payment terms, cancellation policy, and house rules.
Upon signing the lease agreement, a 50% reservation deposit must be paid to the office in the United States.
If the lease agreement is canceled 60 days before occupancy, 100% of the reservation deposit will be returned.
A cancellation made after the 60-day period will result in a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit will be applied toward the final rental balance due in Guatemala.
Upon arrival, a $200.00 damage deposit is required.
The damage deposit will be refunded in full, or proportionately if applicable, provided that any damages are addressed and the house is left in proper condition.
The rental amount is due on the first day of each month of occupancy.
Once paid, the rental amount is non-refundable.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Tenants and guests agree to respect the house and its furnishings, avoid causing harm or damage to the property, and leave the house in normal condition upon departure.
The lease agreement applies only to the person or persons whose names appear on the lease.
No other occupants may reside in the apartment without prior approval from Casa Xelajú.

Smoking is not permitted.
Please avoid excessive noise before 7:30 AM or after 10:00 PM.
Please respect other apartment dwellers and maintain a considerate environment.
No pets are permitted without prior approval.
Please review all payment, cancellation, occupancy, departure, and house rules carefully before finalizing your stay at Casa Xelajú.
